Does Juventus owe any money to former star Dybala?

Juventus have been in the news for capital gains after it emerged that they paid some of their players off their financial statement and lied that wages had been lost.

It was previously revealed that they had agreed to pay Cristiano Ronaldo around 20 million euros out of their budget, an illegal deal that is sure to get them in trouble.

Now investigators appear to have found evidence that Paulo Dybala is owed some money as well.

A report in Tuttomercatoweb reveals that investigators believe the Bianconeri owe the Argentine around 5 million euros, which is a pending payment found in one of their documents.

Juve FC says

The clubs sign agreements with their players all the time that they must be private between both parties. It does not mean that it is illegal and it makes little sense for the authorities to question all our agreements and transactions.

The club needs to get some breathing room unless investigators are sure the deal is linked to something fraudulent, which it might not be.

However, we hope we can defend everything on our statement against the authorities and hope they view it the same way we do.

If they don’t, we could be in trouble, but our attorneys should be able to fight and win this battle for us.
