Newcastle United may have taken a hit in the transfer market after an announcement today.
Napoli manager Cristiano Giuntoli has addressed transfer gossip involving his star player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, saying there is no chance they will sell the talented young international from Georgia.
Kvaratskhelia has proven to be one of the signings of the season after a magnificent start at Napoli, and Newcastle have been singled out as one of his many admirers.
However, it seems the Magpies and other suitors can forget about that, according to Giuntoli.
“Newcastle’s interest in Kvicha? There is no possibility that we will let him go, despite the amount of the offer,” Giuntoli told the Italian press.
