Juventus have made their official squad list public for the match against PSG this midweek and Angel di Maria has stayed at home.
The attacker did not finish the Bianconeri match against Fiorentina at the weekend, but Max Allegri insisted that he was taken out of the match as a precaution.
He only had two training sessions before that match and was obviously not in his best shape for the match.
However, he trained with the group this morning before his trip and the fans expected him to face his old club.
But now it has been revealed that he would miss the match against the Parisians after the Bianconeri named their traveling group.
In attack, they named Matías Soulé, Moses Kean, Arkadiusz Milik and Dusan Vlahovic.
Juve FC says
Di Maria would have loved to return to Paris months after leaving PSG as a free agent.
However, there is little point in naming him on the team for the game when he is not fully fit.
This game is not required to win and could aggravate any issues you are experiencing.
Allowing him to rest for a few days will help him stay in shape when he returns to action for us at the weekend.
