Darwin Nunez changes profile picture to mark Liverpool return

The seven members of Jurgen Klopp’s World Cup squad were completely focused on helping their nation achieve the biggest prize in international soccer, but now that domestic soccer is set to return, it’s clear that Darwin Núñez has refocused on Liverpool.

After having a picture of himself representing Uruguay during his time in Qatar, our number 27 changed his Twitter profile picture to mark his return to play for the Reds.

The choice of image is also great, with the 23-year-old using the moment he scored against Arsenal and pretended to cry as part of his celebration.

Aware of the criticism he receives from the rival fans, it is clear that the former Benfica player wants to silence the haters again once this training period is over.
