Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been compared to his predecessor, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, in a brutal disparagement of TalkSPORT pundit Jason Cundy.

The Dutch tactician impressed in his time in charge of Ajax, but it hasn’t quite happened to him so far at Man Utd, and Cundy now admits he can’t see any difference between this team and the one playing under Solskjaer.
Watch below as Cundy delivers this brutal assessment of what United look like under their new manager…
? “Looks like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still in the bank!”
???? “I don’t see any difference. All that happens is that the new guy has a beard!
? “Do you know what I saw at the bank? Ole Gunnar Ten Hag!

Surely, Ten Hag will need a bit more time to make the kind of impact United were looking for when they signed him, but it’s fair to say that, at this stage, he doesn’t look like a particularly significant upgrade over Solskjaer.
There are, of course, some differences in gameplay, but it’s surely still a long way from what MUFC fans expected.
