Cristiano Ronaldo’s “Hair of God” Goal Will Be Proven by Portugual FA Documentation to FIFA

Cristiano Ronaldo’s “Hair of God”: In the 2022 FIFA World Cup match that took place on Monday, the Portugal soccer team defeated Uruguay by a score of 2-0. The game didn’t really provide much excitement: Portugal dominated possession, but Uruguay played as a cohesive unit, helping them restrict their opponent’s goal danger while producing little of their own.

A particular event that took place during the game, on the other hand, has fans feeling equal parts happy, furious, and disgusted. In one of the most entertaining debates to take place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Cristiano Ronaldo vehemently claimed that Bruno Fernandes, a Portuguese compatriot and former teammate of his, should have scored Portugal’s first goal.

The Portuguese Football Federation intends to provide FIFA with proof that Cristiano Ronaldo Cabello de Dios scored the first goal against Uruguay, not Bruno Fernandes. A header from a Bruno Fernandes cross seemed to connect with the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who exulted.

After VAR reviewed the goal, he finally gave it to his former Manchester United teammate. In the end, Cristiano Ronaldo was surprised that the goal had not been delivered to him and even emailed Piers Morgan to insist that it was his.

After his fervent request to be given the goal, Cristiano Ronaldo’s “Hair of God” even became a trending topic on the networks. Even if it meant he would tie Eusebio’s Portuguese record of nine goals at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, you can’t really blame the former Manchester United striker if his ego gets the better of him.

The Portuguese Federation seems to be supporting his claim as well. Soccer’s governing body is going further, said Chiringuigo TV reporter Edu Aguirre, to have Cristiano Ronaldo’s Cabello de Dios goal recognized.

For the goal to appear with the name of the player who wears the number seven and tie Eusebio’s record, they want to file an appeal with FIFA with more supporting documentation.

Imagine you are Bruno Fernandes and you score an important goal, but your own nation is against you. Adidas claims to have used technology to “definitely establish” that there was no contact between Cristiano Ronaldo’s head and the ball, even if it was all to no avail.

The 500hz Imu sensor inside the ball was unable to detect any external force on the ball

The 500 Hz sensor found inside this year’s World Cup ball was used by Adidas to verify that Cristiano Ronaldo did not touch the ball. “Using Connected Ball technology housed in the Adidas Al Rihla Official Match Ball, we can conclusively demonstrate that Cristiano Ronaldo had no contact with the ball for the first goal of the game,” an Adidas statement read.

“As shown by the lack of a ‘heartbeat’ from our measurements and the accompanying image, no external force could be detected on the ball. “We can be extremely accurate in our analysis thanks to the 500Hz IMU sensor inside the ball.”

Bruno Fernandes acknowledged in his post-match interview on Monday night that he mistakenly believed Cristiano Ronaldo had equaled Eusebio’s record of nine World Cup goals when he jumped to find his cross.

He said: “I celebrated as if Cristiano had scored. In my perspective, he seemed to have touched the ball. He intended to cross the ball for him. Regardless of the scorer, we are happy with the victory. The most important thing is that we achieved our goal of going to the next round.”
