FIFA World Cup 2022: Cristiano Ronaldo was among the goals during the Portugal vs Ghana match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup at Estadio 974. The match ended 3-2 in favor of the Selecao.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the opening goal of the Portugal vs Ghana match from the penalty spot in the 65th minute of the match. However, the Selecao’s lead was nullified by Andre Ayew in the 73rd minute.
Joao Félix put Portugal ahead in the game on 78 minutes, while Rafael Leao added one more to his tally just two minutes later. Osman Bukari scored Ghana’s second goal in the 89th minute, but Portugal showed great composure in the closing minutes of the Portugal vs. Ghana match, securing three important points.
The Portugal team is among the most talented in the FIFA World Cup. The Selecao will next face Ghana on November 29. Meanwhile, Ghana will play South Korea on November 28.

Former Manchester United attacker Wayne Rooney has raised doubts about the controversial penalty awarded during the Portugal vs Ghana match.
Cristiano Ronaldo was brought down inside the box by Ghanaian defender Mohamed Salisu in the 62nd minute. Referee Ismail Elfath was quick to award them a penalty without consulting VAR.
Cristiano Ronaldo calmly passed the ball over Lawrence Ati-Zigi, breaking the tie in the Portugal vs. Ghana match. Speaking about the VISA match center show, Rooney said: “No, I think Cristiano used all of his experience as a striker. He used all his experience to win a penalty in that situation, which is a good game, a good game as a striker”.
