Cristiano Ronaldo Arrives at Carrington For Training on Friday

Cristiano Ronaldo arrived at Carrington’s training field on Friday to train on his own after he was eliminated from the Manchester United squad to face Chelsea.

Ronaldo made headlines for all the wrong reasons when he headed down the tunnel before the end of the match between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. Ronaldo was a substitute not used in the game when Man Utd assured a 2-0 crucial victory.

Speaking after the game, Man Utd coach Erik Ten Hag said he will take care of Ronaldo. Man UTD has confirmed that Ronaldo will not be part of the Man Utd team for the trip to Stamford Bridge.

Man Utd released a statement confirming that Ronaldo will not be traveling with the Man Utd team for their match against Chelsea. He said: “Cristiano will not be part of Manchester United’s squad for this Saturday’s game against Chelsea. The rest of the team is completely focused on preparing for that match.”

Ten Hag had warned his players at the time after he said in an interview that he does not approve of what the players had done.

Meanwhile, the latest development has sparked further suggestions that Man Utd and Ronaldo could part ways in the January transfer window.

The Portugal superstar sealed a sensational return to Man Utd in the summer of 2021. Despite Man Utd enduring a disappointing 21/22 season, Ronaldo scored 24 goals for the club in all competitions.

Despite the contributions of Man Utd. Man Utd failed to qualify for the Champions League after finishing sixth in the Premier League.

Ronaldo was linked with a move away from Manchester United in the summer transfer window. Reports said the Portuguese had asked Man Utd to allow him to leave if they received a suitable offer.

But the move never materialized, and Ronaldo ended up staying at Man Utd, where he is under contract until next year.
