Bruce Grobbelaar supports the Liverpool dockers at Anfield

Bruce Grobbelaar is undoubtedly a Liverpool legend after his role in the many successful years he enjoyed at Anfield, in his 13 years with the club.

Since his departure in 1994, the Zimbabwean international has remained closely associated with the club and that has been illustrated by his involvement with Taggy’s Bar and Hotel Tia at Anfield Road.

Before the match against Brighton, the 64-year-old was photographed supporting the ongoing strikes by Liverpool longshoremen.

Port of Liverpool workers are currently on strike seeking better pay for their work and it is something that has been supported by many within the city.
