Irish MMA fighter Denis Frimpong will return to the OKTAGON MMA cage on Saturday, January 27 at OKTAGON 52 in Newcastle.
The striking Irish striker made a name for himself in Europe’s biggest promotion on the reality TV show OKTAGON Challenge: England vs Ireland. Frimpong’s sharp tongue and sharper divided opinion of him, and many thought her trash talking and his antics went too far on the show.
Despite the antics outside the cage, Frimpong reached the finals of the OKTAGON Challenge, where he was ultimately defeated by George Staines at OKTAGON 48 in Manchester.
Frimpong looks to bounce back at OKTAGON 52 against the much more experienced Jan Siroky. Frimpong (1-2) will take a step forward in the competition by facing top 15 ranked Siroky, who has 28 fights in his (12-16) professional career.
