Bayern Munich have given themselves an advantage over Borussia Dortmund at Der Klassiker thanks to a powerful shot from Leroy Sane, but the goalkeeper should have done better.
Bayern took the lead in the first half through Leon Goretzka’s long-range shot with Meyer in the Dortmund goal thinking he should have done better to avoid it.
Those sentiments will be present again for Bayern Munich’s second goal when Sane connected with a powerful shot, but Meyer didn’t have a strong enough hand.
Now it’s a long way back for the home team, but crazy things happen in derby games.
