Aurelio De Laurentiis refuses to speak about Juventus legal issues

Napoli supremo Aurelio De Laurentiis insists he has no interest in commenting on Juventus’ ongoing legal battles.

The Bianconeri are under investigation for capital gains and prosecutors have released some damning evidence in recent days to show just how dirty they are.

Fans, experts and officials from other clubs have been commenting on the case, with some condemning the Bianconeri.

As one of the most outspoken club owners in Serie A, De Laurentiis was asked what he thought of the Bianconeri’s ordeal and said via Football Italia:

“I’m not talking about that. The magistrates will take care of that, it’s not my job. I regret that football, but it is not only an Italian problem, it is not always the bearer of the values that must be an example for the new generations.

Juve FC says

De Laurentiis knows that this could be a problem for anyone and could probably be investigated in the future for a similar issue.

However, our focus, for now, should be on defending ourselves in a major case like this, while also working to continue our winning streak when soccer returns next year.

We hope the club will appoint the best lawyers it can get to solve this problem wherever it may take it.
