Arsecast Extra Episode 519 – 03.04.2023

Welcome to another Arsecast Extra, the Arsenal podcast, with me and James from @gunnerblog.

In this episode, I’m joined by Ryan Hunn as James takes time out to celebrate a new arrival, and we discuss the 4-1 win over Leeds on Saturday. There’s praise for Aaron Ramsdale for some first-half saves, before Gabriel Jesus got going again, scoring twice: the first from the spot, before a beautiful second that included an excellent contribution from Leandro Trossard, who he also receives some flowers. We also chat about Ben White’s goal, the one we conceded, Granit Xhaka asking a question from Olivier Giroud and responding to Man City’s win over Liverpool. Then there are the questions from listeners about the points/games permutations, who could start top at Anfield, the possible penalty on Trossard in the second half and much more.

I also speak with Elliot from the ArsenalVision Podcast as we join forces to raise funds for the Arsenal Foundation in April. Fundraising details and more can be found on the JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/page/arsenalvision
