Allegri will comtinue trying to persude Rabiot to stay in Turin

Adrien Rabiot has been a key player for Juventus since Max Allegri returned to the club last season, but this could be his last spell with them as his contract runs out.

The Frenchman is in the best shape of his life, and has been useful to Juve as they try to return to the top of Italian football.

The Bianconeri wanted to sell him in the summer before he entered the final months of his contract, but it never happened and he stayed with them.

After his strong performance for them and France at the World Cup, Juve will be happy to keep him in their team as an option for Allegri.

But it will be difficult, considering the options he has around European football. However, a Football Italia report says Allegri wants to keep him, and the manager will try to convince the midfielder to stay by signing a contract extension.

Juve FC says

Rabiot has had Allegri’s support since the coach returned to the club, and that puts the coach in a good position to talk to him.

However, it is very likely that he has already decided to leave, and his entourage may start talking to other clubs from next month.
