Allegri offers updates on the conditions of Bremer, Di Maria and Vlahovic -Juvefc.com

In recent weeks, Juventus have had to make do with a depleted squad, as as many as eleven players have been injured at some point. But luckily for Max Allegri, several key players are returning just in time for the game against Inter.

On Saturday, the Italian manager held his pre-match press conference, offering some important updates on some of the club’s biggest stars.

Apparently, the strategist is willing to trust Gleison Bremer and Angel Di Maria, who recently returned to training.

However, Dusan Vlahovic’s situation remains a bit more complicated. The Serb has been dealing with a groin problem for quite some time and remains a doubt for the Derby d’Italia.

“Bremer and Ángel Di María have recovered, I still have to assess whether or not they will start the game from the field or from the bench,” Allegri said at his press conference, according to the club’s official website.

“The only doubt is Dušan Vlahović, we will see tomorrow morning if he will be available or not because he is not 100% yet, he has an inflammation in his groin.

“Federico Chiesa has looked good, he was a pleasant surprise, his problem was just mentally unlocking himself and he will be available for tomorrow.”

The Juventus coach recognized Inter’s strength, but at the same time insists that the match will not be a turning point for the club, regardless of the result.

“Inter is a very strong, physical and experienced team, we will have to play with courage.

“The match will not be a turning point, since the championship is still very long, but a victory would give us continuity with respect to our last results in Serie A.

“We have to reverse the course of the games played against Inter last season.”
