Allegri does not consider Locatelli a starter in a fully-fit Juventus teamJuvefc.com

Max Allegri is one of the most experienced coaches in the world and the Juventus manager has worked with some of the best players.

Having won six league titles and reached the Champions League final twice, it’s hard to argue that he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

However, his second arrival at Juventus has been a disaster, and it seems that the players are to blame.

Several of their key men have been injured and unavailable this season and a new report reveals that one player would not be a starter if they were all fit.

Calciomercato says that Allegri does not consider Manuel Locatelli to start in his system. His ideal midfield is the combination of Adrien Rabiot, Leandro Paredes and Paul Pogba.

However, due to the latter’s injury, he has not been able to field all three in any match.

Juve FC says

This is a shocking revelation if true because we signed Locatelli with a lot of money and he should start.

Allegri worked with him at Milan and applied for the transfer, so it makes little sense to consider him a bench player.

However, the other three players are more experienced than him and we know that the gaffer loves working with older players.
