Adidas design leak shows how Manchester United kit items could look – Man United News And Transfer News

Adidas will adorn various Manchester United items, possibly including kits, which will feature tricolor stripes.

The leak comes from Footy Headlines, who revealed that the training kits will feature the three-stripes pattern.

Since several articles will include the design, it is also possible that the articles of the day use it as well.

Training clothing items will be white, green, and red.

This is in line with the club’s matchday colours, with red and white obviously used for home games.

United’s goalkeeper kits are commonly green, which explains Adidas’ use of that color stripe in the tricolor.

There’s also the historical use of green and gold in Red Devils history, though it’s highly unlikely that such a fact was behind the manufacturer’s thinking.

In the images that have been leaked, a black background is shown, but it is likely that other settings are used.

The Real Madrid training garments will also feature the tricolor print. Although the color of its stripes will be dark navy blue, gold and light turquoise.

Each of those colors has been used as a main or accent color for Madrid’s kits in the past.

Manchester United and Real Madrid are the only elite teams to have club merchandise featuring the tricolor stripe design.

Footy Headlines estimates the chances of the pattern appearing on kits to be around 50/50, with the design more likely to be used for away or third party kits.
