AZ Alkmaar striker Vangelis Pavlidis is confident of being able to play in Europe’s most important league.
The 25-year-old Greek striker has been in sensational form so far this season, having already scored 22 goals in all competitions.
And recent reports claim that the in-form AZ Alkmaar striker has attracted the attention of a trio of Premier League clubs – West Ham, Crystal Palace and Fulham.
Speaking recently to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf about the interesting links, Pavlidis said: “Are things happening (regarding a transfer)? I don’t talk about it now, I prefer to keep it to myself.
“It is clear that I am physically and technically prepared to take the next step.”

However, despite being a highly sought-after man, the Greek has some concerns about leaving AZ during the mid-season window.
“The transfer window in winter is, of course, different than in summer,” he added.
“It is more difficult in several ways. That’s why I don’t know if it’s the right time.
“Everyone knows that last summer I wanted to take the next step. In the end it was not the right time because a suitable club did not present itself. I am very happy in AZ.
“If nothing comes, I will continue with what I did in the first six months of the season.
“I want to continue contributing goals and assists and help win games. “I am very motivated to be the top scorer (of the Eredivisie), play with AZ for a place in the Champions League and fight for success in the cup.”
