Frosinone manager Guido Angelozzi has responded to Dean Huijsen’s decision to choose AS Roma instead of Frosinone for his loan. Initially, Juventus intended to loan the young player to Frosinone, where he would be guaranteed playing time.
However, AS Roma came into the picture and Huijsen was carried away by the opportunity to work under José Mourinho, leading him to opt to move to the rival club. This decision led Juventus to send him on loan to Roma.
While Frosinone may feel the disappointment of not being able to sign Huijsen, Angelozzi maintains that both the club and the player have moved on. The director recognizes the situation but emphasizes that they have changed their focus and are looking forward.
In the presentation of a new player, he said, quoted by Tuttomercatoweb:
“I don’t want to talk about it anymore, I prefer to think about having guys like Kevin who gave up something to come here. I like to move forward, Huijsen has already done that. “I don’t think about it, I’ve had many girlfriends but when it’s over I forget them.”
Juve FC says
Huijsen is a brave talent to choose to move to AS Roma when he knows he might find it difficult to get playing time there.
He has already played one game for them and could return to the Allianz Stadium as a better player in the summer.
