Paulo Dybala left Juventus in the summer after the bianconeri decided not to renew his contract.
The Argentine now plays for AS Roma and will face the black and white when the two clubs meet in Serie A next.
Reports recently revealed that Juve still owe the World Cup winner some money from payments deferred during the covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
The attacker wants his money and Juve insist that they will pay it, but that is not the only money that Dybala expected from the club after his departure.
A report in Gazzetta Dello Sport via Tuttomercatoweb reveals that the attacker’s lawyer, Luca Ferrari, had asked Juventus for compensation after they did not renew his contract.
Dybala ultimately denied this, which makes one wonder if the lawyer acted alone.
Juve FC says
Dybala had agreements with Juventus and it is not clear if there was one related to the renewal or non-renewal of his contract at the club.
The Argentine seems happy with life in Rome now and probably wants to show what we are missing when we meet the Giallorossi.
However, we stand behind our players to show them that we are better and show that we are too good for him to handicap us as we work towards a great end to the season.
