Allegri confirms Chiesa is out of the match against Spezia

Max Allegri has confirmed that Federico Chiesa will not be available for tomorrow’s game between Juventus and Spezia.

The Bianconeri have been missing key players in many games this season.

And the likes of Paul Pogba and Kaio Jorge have stayed on the sidelines for now, which means the club must rely on the players available.

Chiesa missed almost all of last year due to injury and has just started playing again for the Bianconeri.

However, in his pre-match press conference, Allegri confirms that the former Fiorentina player is not suitable for the club’s next commitment.

The coach said as quoted by Juve News:

“Church won’t be available for tomorrow, Perin will come back and play. The others will have to evaluate them, but there will be changes.

And he added: “Tomorrow Kean, Perin and Rugani play, I have to evaluate the others.”

Juve FC says

Chiesa is slowly returning to his brilliant prime, but he has just recovered from a serious injury, so we need to rest him if he has any minor issues.

The attacker is a key player for us, but we have other good team members who can step up to make an impact on the team in his absence.

Spezia would be looking for a surprise, but we must win the game and show that we mean business.
