Manchester United have opened talks with Qatari investors

Manchester United have started talks with Qatari investors and the Glazers are demanding £6bn to sell the club.

Reports recently surfaced that Qatari investors were interested in buying Manchester United, but the Glazers had set a mid-February deadline.

With little time left to meet this deadline, the Daily Mail is now reporting that Qatari investors have opened talks with Manchester United about the possible purchase of the club.

However, the report claims that the £6bn the Glazers are demanding may be a bit unrealistic and they may have to settle for between £4.1bn and £4.5bn.

Manchester United fans will no doubt be excited at the prospect of Qatari taking over their club, as long as they look to spend their money wisely. That has been a big problem for Manchester United over the years.

Many players joined the club for exorbitant transfer fees and simply failed to perform on the pitch, ultimately leading Manchester United to go through multiple different managers in recent years and struggle to meet their exceptionally high standards.
