Amad Diallo has so endeared himself to Sunderland fans that a new chant is being sung in his honor that Manchester United fans will love.
The chant is sung to the tune of Salt-n-Pepa’s ‘Push It’, with the following lyrics:
“He is from United,
“He is from the Ivory Coast,
“He is better than Drogba and the two Toure brothers,
“He’s fucking magical and don’t you fucking know it?
“You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you.”

Amad was recently awarded the EFL Championship Young Player of the Month award for December after a string of excellent performances in which he scored three goals and provided an assist in five appearances.
January was another good month for the Ivorian, with a couple of fantastic performances against Blackpool and Middlesbrough standing out in particular.
After a difficult start at the Stadium of Light, Amad has emerged as a key player for Tony Mowbray’s side, who find themselves within arm’s reach of play-off places.
His dribbling, passing and goal-scoring ability will no doubt have caught the eye of Erik ten Hag, who may well look to United’s loan stars to help bolster the team’s depth next season.
As for the chant, it’s a vast improvement over the previous number for Sunderland fans. That attempt even had Amad asking fans to think of something else to sing along to due to its racist overtones.
He, and the Manchester United fans, will be much happier with this effort.
