“I’m enjoying like a 15-year-old kid”: Casemiro gives a glowing verdict of his experience at Man United – Man United News And Transfer News

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has reiterated his love for the club and stated how much he enjoys wearing the United crest.

Casemiro spoke to the Manchester Evening News after his FA Cup exploits against Everton.

The Brazilian scored two sublime goals in just a few minutes to help the Red Devils through to the next round.

Casemiro told MEN: “Everyone here has been lovely to me and from day one I feel at home here. I appreciate all the effort the club has put in to bring me here, including John (Murtough).”

“I am very comfortable at Manchester United, very happy to be here and enjoying every moment like a 15-year-old boy. But the most important thing is to see the team grow”.

“I’m grateful for the accolades I’ve been receiving, but the key to all of that is: I’m really having fun here. I am very happy and I feel at home. So I want to thank the fans, the players, the staff and the board. I can only be grateful.”

Casemiro urged fans to continue supporting the team and to be patient as Erik ten Hag works to restore the club to its former glory.

The 30-year-old said everyone is constantly improving and the opponents clearly respect United. According to Casemiro, the manager is the right man for the job and he will not waver in his attempts to bring titles back to Old Trafford.

The Brazil international stated that Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal are a bit ahead in terms of development because their respective coaches have had time to express their ideas.

Ten Hag must have the same luxury. The secret is to keep making progress and taking positive steps.

The former Real Madrid player confirmed the reason for his transfer to United: he wanted a different challenge and to prove himself in a new environment that would allow him to thrive professionally.

Casemiro commented that he wants to make United history and consolidate his place in a long list of greats to be part of the 20-time English champions.
