Lucas Moura scored on his return from injury to help Tottenham’s Under-21 side beat Arsenal 2-1.
Injuries have hurt the season of the Brazilian, who this year has only played 11 games with the senior team, playing 266 minutes in total.
He returned from injury and featured in the under-21 match against arch-rivals Arsenal, contributing immediately to help them to a 2-1 victory.
Amario Cozier-Duberry gave Arsenal the lead before Moura leveled the score for Spurs with a neat shot from close range.
Moura was replaced by Nile John at half time, and on the hour mark, John scored Tottenham’s second goal to make it 2–1, which turned out to be the winner.
