Manchester United have beaten Bournemouth at home in the Premier League.

United’s first real chance came from Fernandes, who found Like Shaw, but his cross was headed wide by Martial.

Bournemouth had a great free kick opportunity, but Anthony finished it off and went on target.

Casemiro saw Van de Beek’s run up the middle and lifted it towards him, but Van de Beek was unable to reach the end and was picked up by goalkeeper Travers.

United began to dominate. Center that Casemiro entered that found Martial’s head but narrowly missed.

But after a delay due to injury to Martial, Bournemouth regrouped and managed to have a couple of tries. Fortunately, David de Gea was on hand to make three saves in quick succession, first from a header from Billing, which slid just under the bar, followed by a header from Solanke and a shot from Anthony who really should have done better.

With the introduction of Jack Stacey, the visitors were hoping to get back into the game as he made some good runs and sent some dangerous balls into the box.

Meanwhile, Rashford was getting plenty of chances for the hosts, but he wasn’t as clinical in his finishing as he has been in recent games.

Garnacho was also eager to score and had an attempt blocked before he rattled the woodwork.

United were splashing the Bournemouth goal now, Diogo Dalot forcing a fine save into the center of the goal before Garnacho sent the keeper diving to prevent the ball from slipping into the bottom left corner.

Fernandes was also trying to get in on the action, but his shot was saved as well. Moments later, however, he provided the assist as Rashford went three for three. Shaw’s pass selected Fernandes, who pitted him against Rashford, who hit him.
