Pinto responds to the lack of progress in Zaniolo talks amidst Juventus interest

Juventus want to add Nicolo Zaniolo to their squad and that should be a big enough threat to force AS Roma to give him a new contract.

The Azzurri star has been one of the best attackers in Serie A over the years and continues to deliver high-level performances for Roma.

He helped them win the last Europa Conference League and has been instrumental in their progress this season.

However, the Giallorossi are in no rush to sign a new contract, with 18 months remaining on his current deal with them.

Its director, Tiago Pinto, has now been asked about the talks and said via Tuttomercatoweb:

“There is no rush, as his agent also said, now we only think about the field. We have a good dialogue with Nicolò and his environment. There will be times to face each other. In the end I don’t think there’s any problem.”

Juve FC says

Zaniolo will be a good player to sign, however we have had problems with technical players very often with Max Allegri and that could make him not want to join us.

Zaniolo appears to be a brilliant player but too flashy with so much hype around him.

If we want it, we must act fast, but our reluctance suggests that it is not a key objective.
