John Henry greeted with ‘boos’ as supporters call for more investment

There are many Liverpool supporters who think Jurgen Klopp needs investment from John Henry and the club’s owners, but they are growing increasingly frustrated as multiple sources claim there will be no more transfer business in this window.

It seems it’s not just our club that’s frustrated by the FSG’s actions, as the Boston Globe reports that the American: ‘wasn’t treated any kinder by fans in the stands, who booed him’, while attending the Game of the Pittsburgh Penguins at Fenway Park of the Boston Red Sox.

Those present were apparently taking their anger out on reports linking baseball star Rafael Devers to a move away from his club and this was corroborated by a video shared on Twitter.

The video shows fans chanting “John, pay Raffy!” and other similar messages to the 73 year old, it seems many are becoming disillusioned with the current ownership strategy of him…
