It seems Jurgen Klopp has been the club’s manager for decades, but it’s been a little over seven years since Brendan Rodgers was in charge of Liverpool and he felt welcome on his return to Anfield.
Before the game against his current club, Leicester City, the Northern Irishman went to meet the man who took his job and it was all smiles between the two men.

The 49-year-old was also warmly greeted with shouts of “Welcome back” from the main stand and reciprocated the goodwill with some handshakes for the supporters.
It’s easy to forget that the former Celtic player did a decent job at our club and if 2013/14 had been a bit different he would have been highly regarded at red half Merseyside.
