On Friday, Juventus hosted Standard Liège for their last friendly test before the restart of the campaign. After beating Arsenal and Rijeka in their previous two meetings, the Bianconeri had to settle for a draw against their Belgian opponents.
The first half saw chances on both sides, with a disallowed goal from Moise Kean and a shot from Fabio Miretti hitting the post, but it was the visitors who took the lead when Danilo headed past their goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny who ran from his net.
However, Mattia Campagnon won a penalty kick, allowing Matias Soulé to take the equalizer in the second half.
