Liverpool seemed fully intent on starting the second half of the season the right way after a 3-1 win over Aston Villa, although they found themselves setting up another tense game thanks to another sloppy start.
The Reds allowed Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall on with ease, seeing the Leicester man drive through the middle of the park and past Alisson Becker for the opener.
It’s an effort that will have rightly infuriated Jurgen Klopp, although the precocity of the goal offers enough hope of finding an equalizer (and a potential winner) before the 90 minutes are up.
