TalkSPORT man says he will give David Moyes ‘until the end of the season’ to turn things around at West Ham

Perry Groves has suggested that David Moyes has until the end of the season to turn things around at West Ham.

Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal were also criticized by the TalkSPORT presenter for their poor performances against Arsenal, and he believes they are not as important as they once were.

Moyes is under immense pressure at the moment after the Hammers have lost four straight Premier League games.

While discussing Moyes’ future and whether he thinks the Scotsman should be replaced, he suggested he would wait until the end of the season.

“No, I would wait until the end of the season.”

“I think he has enough on the bench where he obviously avoids getting relegated. They come sixth, seventh and have a great run in the Conference League. So the frustration is in the amount of money – I think they spent £150m in the summer transfer window.”

“On Monday when I saw Soucek and Coufal, they looked like they were running on quicksand. They don’t look as influential as they did when they first came to the team.”

Despite spending a lot of money in the summer, West Ham have had a disappointing season so far. The big signings of Lucas Paquetá and Gianluca Scamacca have struggled to make a good impression.
