Real Madrid is prioritizing a deal to sign England and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham in 2023, according to a report by Goal.
Jude Bellingham has established himself as one of the world’s most exciting young talents and has attracted transfer interest from a number of European heavyweights.
The 19-year-old has become a key player for both Borussia Dortmund and the England national soccer team. He started all five matches England played in the 2022 FIFA World Cup and was impressive for the Three Lions. He also scored a goal and recorded an assist for England in the latest edition of FIFA’s flagship event.
Jude Bellingham has been linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window, with Real Madrid among the clubs speculated to be interested in the services of the highly-skilled youngster.

Goal reports that Real Madrid are prioritizing a move to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in 2023. The outlet also reports that Bellingham has already told his entourage of his desire to join the Spanish giants.

Premier League giants Liverpool are another club linked with a Jude Bellingham move, but the report in GOAL claims he is willing to snub the Reds for Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have also been linked with a move for Argentina national soccer team midfielder Enzo Fernández. However, Bellingham, Goal reports, remains Real Madrid’s main transfer target despite his interest in the young Argentinian.
Transfer speculation has also linked Liverpool to Enzo Fernandez, but like Real Madrid, the Merseyside outfit also prefer a move for Jude Bellingham over the Benfica midfielder.
Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham’s current contract with Borussia Dortmund runs until 2025. That means he has more than two years left on his current deal with the Bundesliga side he joined in 2020.
Meanwhile, Bellingham has featured in 22 games in all competitions for Borussia Dortmund in the 22/23 season. He has been impressive for them, having racked up nine goals and three assists for the German team. Of his nine goals, four have come in the Champions League, while he scored three in the Bundesliga.
