Leeds United now reportedly fear missing out on Kai Wagner’s transfer as Newcastle also join the race.
The 25-year-old Philadelphia Union left-back is well known and highly rated by Leeds manager Jesse Marsch, but it looks like Newcastle may now be in a stronger position to make this signing.
Wagner would certainly be a good fit for Eddie Howe’s side, and it is reported that he is likely to be tempted by the prospect of a move to St James’ Park.
