David de Gea, Victor Lindelof and Diogo Dalot play festive favourites – Man United News And Transfer News

On Christmas Eve, Manchester United shared a clip of David de Gea, Diogo Dalot and Victor Lindelof playing a game of festive favourites.

All dressed in their Christmas sweaters (which De Gea was not a big fan of) the three reds have cards with a series of festive activities in which they have to score: good, bad, GOAT or bin.

Beginning with Christmas Carols, Dalot says, “My sister is a singer, so we like to sing some music, especially Christmas music around the house.”

Meanwhile, De Gea nods confidently as Lindelof also adds him to the good column.

De Gea smiles as he throws away the sprouts and says: “Nobody wants to [sprouts].” Dalot agrees, while the couple also lists ‘Home Alone’ as their favorite Christmas movie.

Lindelof says, “I like giving gifts better than receiving them myself,” before putting the word under the GOAT column along with his two teammates.

While Lindelof also enjoys making gingerbread houses, his teammates couldn’t agree less as they scoffed and put them in the bad column.

Lindelof said on several occasions that his wife loved Christmas and that he was reluctant to put anything in the bad columns or in the trash.

Dalot and De Gea threw mulled wine into the bin while United’s Mr Christmas himself put it between good and GOAT.

In addition to being a bit of fun between teammates, it allowed fans to get to know the players and their different traditions. Dalot shared that he had never eaten a mince pie, while Lindelof explained that in Sweden they don’t have the traditional turkey dinner like they do in England.

The five-minute video saw the three teammates laugh and gave a good insight into how they celebrate Christmas with their families.
