Manchester United overtakes Liverpool in the race for Enzo Fernández. There are already ongoing conversations between all involved. The Red Devils are even willing to exceed the clause of 120 million euros and avoid any competition

Fernández has been one of the best players of the recently concluded FIFA World Cup.
He was a fundamental part of the Argentine team, directing from midfield.
Fernández is a River Plate youth player and made his debut in 2019.
The 21-year-old is often deployed as a pivot in midfield alongside Florentino Luis.
Excellent with his feet, Fernández shines in moving the ball from back to front. He assumes the role of the deep playmaker.
His vision is elite and he is extremely resistant to pressure. This quality allows him to play a little further forward when necessary.
What sets him apart from his competitors is his defensive prowess.
Fernández is excellent at scanning for danger and takes important positions to intercept before any opportunity for opposition is created.
It would be the ideal alternative to Ten Hag for Frenkie de Jong.
The United boss loves a midfield coach who can facilitate the preparation from the first to the second phase of play.
At 21, Fernández has all the potential to become one of the best midfielders in the world.
While the deal seems a bit too expensive, considering the quality of the player, it’s a risk United must take.
