Man City and Liverpool played a League Cup classic on Thursday night with the clash ending 3-2 for Pep Guardiola’s side.
The game was 1-1 after a very entertaining first half that quickly became 2-2 three minutes into the second half. Nathan Ake would go on to score the game-winner in the 58th minute but the action didn’t stop there.
The rivalry has grown between the two teams in recent years and things heated up towards the end of the game when Rodri and Fabinho clashed after the Liverpool man sent off the City midfielder.
More players got involved in the flair-up when the Brazilian ended up on the pitch.
