Good morning.
I am, it is fair to say, all World Cup. I have written about it. I’ve talked on several podcasts about it, from what happened on the field to what happened off it, and at this point I need to put it to bed. So unless there’s something outrageous or impossible to ignore, that’s the end of World Cup coverage on this site for another three and a half years.
Now Arsenal. Everything is Arsenal, all the time. Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal.
*checks the news*
Hmm, good. There we go then. Except things are going to heat up in the next few days. There is a press conference by Mikel Arteta on Friday. Then the whole Christmas thing. Then soccer. And after that, buckle up.
However, today I feel a little under the weather and barely slept, so I’ll take a day for myself if you don’t mind. There are new asses for you to chat about.
And just a quick thank you again to everyone who purchased a Goodly Morning mug. We have donated €5,000 each to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children here in Dublin. You are the best.
Thanks to everyone who bought Goodly Morning mugs, we’ve raised €10,000.
This morning €5,000 went to @GOSHCharity in London and @CMRF_Crumlin here in Dublin to support the amazing work they do for sick children and their families.
