Roberto Mancini wants to groom Juventus striker Tommaso Mancini

Juventus have always provided the various Italian teams with some of the best talent every time they line up for matches.

The Azzurri failed to qualify for the ongoing World Cup, but they did win Euro 2020, thanks in part to excellent contributions from the Juve contingent.

Roberto Mancini now looks to groom more talent for the national team as he tries to defend the Euro Cup crown in 2024.

A report on Tuttosport reveals that he will host a training camp this month and has invited Juve youngster Tommaso Mancini as his namesake.

The 18-year-old only moved to the club in the summer and started in their U19 squad, but impressed and earned promotion to their Next Gen squad almost immediately.

Although he hasn’t broken into his first team, he does well for the Azzurri junior team and Mancini wants him to be in the training camp designed to help him and the other participants improve.

Juve FC says

Mancini has done well on our youth teams, and has certainly caught the eye of the national team coach.

The club will be happy to release you for this camp because it will serve you well and expose you to new information.
