Cristiano Ronaldo Transfer Speculation Addressed by Al-Nassr Manager

Al-Nassr manager Rudi Garcia has responded to speculation that the Saudi Arabian club has made a formal offer to sign Portugal national soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently a free agent without a club after he and Manchester United mutually terminated his contract. The Portuguese superstar rejoined Manchester United in the summer of 2021 on a two-year deal with an option for a further year.

But the 37-year-old’s stay at Manchester United was cut short after he effectively burned bridges with the Premier League club after sitting down for an explosive interview with Piers Morgan.

Among those criticized by Cristiano Ronaldo in the controversial interview were Erik ten Hag, Manchester United coach, and the Glazer family, owner of the club. Manchester United and Ronaldo then agreed to terminate his contract with the club by mutual consent.
