As players from England and France lined up in the tunnel ahead of last night’s World Cup quarter-final clash, the PSG star extended his hand in what appeared to be the 32-year-old’s direction.

However, it has to be said that it’s not clear from the angle of the video whether the former Monaco player is gesturing to another player in front of the Liverpool man or to a young mascot out of the picture.
Mbappe appears to have a cheeky smile on his face after the incident and it was Didier Deschamps’s side that had the last laugh as they defeated the Three Lions 2-1.
