Juventus have good players in their youth teams and have been promoting them for the past two seasons, a system that has helped.
The consensus is that Max Allegri doesn’t like working with youngsters and will always disrupt their development, but he is proving his doubters wrong with his decision-making this season.
He has given chances to the likes of Fabio Miretti, Nicolo Fagioli and Samuel Iling-Junior, with the latter showing that he is a huge talent in just a few minutes spent on the pitch.
With his contract expiring, Juventus would have secured the future of Iling-Junior in a new deal, pending an announcement. Now, Il Bianconero reveals that Allegri has definitely promoted him to the first team.
The Englishman is currently through injury but did enough in the first few games he played for the club to impress the manager.
