Up to 12 years in jail potentially for Agnelli and other Juventus executives

The Juventus executives could face up to 12 years in prison if prosecutors prove they falsified their accounts in an upcoming trial.

Juve have been embroiled in several legal battles as they seek to prove they did nothing wrong.

However, after careful investigation, prosecutors believe they have a very strong case on their hands and have made some disclosures that may be true.

If the Bianconeri are proven guilty, it means they have manipulated the stock market, and a Football Italia report reveals that this carries a penalty of up to 12 years.

Juve FC says

This seems to be the worst case, which probably isn’t the case here.

We have become one of the clubs that the whole world envies and the Serie A teams will wish us down again during this period.

However, as long as we have a strong group of lawyers and serious proof that we have always done business the right way, we have nothing to worry about.

As players prepare to return to full training, our focus will be on helping them get in shape and prepare for the new year’s restart.

It would be great to see the likes of Paul Pogba back on the pitch, as well as a sharper version of Federico Chiesa.
