Germany have been almost convincing during the World Cup so far and, with just a few minutes left, they are banking on Spain to get past the group stage.
Die Mannschaft looked as if they could cruise to victory over Costa Rica after taking an early lead through Serge Gnabry.
However, two Costa Rican goals in ten minutes turned the group around, with Germany and Spain at one point going out. However, Kai Havertz leveled things up soon after. The trio of goals came in just 15 minutes.
As the clock ticked down on Germany’s World Cup hopes, the Chelsea striker put them in front.

On the dying embers, Spanish hero Niclas Fulkrug doubled the lead, though it won’t change the equation unless Germany can score four more.
