Lawyer says proving Juventus has done something wrong will be tough

Juventus have been implicated in a capital gains case but a lawyer says it will be difficult to prove their guilt.

The Bianconeri have been in several legal battles recently and the current one has forced the resignation of their former president and board of directors.

The decision to quit can be seen as a sign that they know they have done something wrong and should leave.

The Bianconeri have maintained their innocence in the capital gains case and some fans believe that the club will not have any serious problems.

Lawyer Carlo Rombolà has now revealed that the Bianconeri might not really be found guilty because it’s hard to prove someone did anything wrong in a capital gains case.

He says via Tuttomercatoweb:

“Article 31 of the sports justice code talks about sanction points for those who falsify accounting or administrative documents. If this story is resolved with the discovery of more serious behaviors, different scenarios would open up.

“Right now, however, we know so little that making even catastrophic predictions seems misplaced to me. Due to capital gains for the Prosecutor’s Office, it will be difficult to confirm that an operation is illegitimate”.

Juve FC says

We trust our leaders until proven otherwise and they have maintained that they are innocent of what they are accused of.

The truth will eventually come out and we hope it will not involve anyone who has worked with us before.

For now, we must concentrate on working on the field with the players who are expected to return to training not too far from now.
