Former AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini has commented on Juventus’ season, saying he now expects Max Allegri to go three behind.
The Bianconeri coach has almost always played with four backs in a 4-3-3, but this season he has experimented with 3-5-2 in some games.
Gleison Bremer played with three backs at Torino and inspired the change in the system when he moved to Juve, with the Bianconeri enjoying success.
They won six straight league games before the World Cup break and will be eager to keep winning when they return.
Ambrosini now believes that Allegri will stick with the system. He said via Tuttomercatoweb:
“Now, to continue to come out of that, they have to add something that first of all is the players who missed it. But they found a team logic and it was not obvious that they would make it, given the point from which they started.
“Now I believe that Allegri will start from 3-5-2 because he has found certainties in a team that was in difficulties and those certainties that Juve has clung to must not be abandoned.”
Juve FC says
Allegri is one of the most experienced coaches in the world and knows the best system for his team.
The Bianconeri coach has worked with almost the same players for at least one season and now knows the system that suits them.
If he decides to stay three behind, we can only support him and trust that he will bring success.
