Luis Suárez led Uruguay’s line in their clash against South Korea today, but the ex-Liverpool star’s display saw him take off after 64 minutes.
The 35-year-old prepared for the World Cup in his home country with Nacional, but the striker did not look good against South Korea today.
Suárez seemed physically unable to compete against his opponents and was minimally involved in the game as the South American team looked to attack mainly on the left with Darwin Núñez.
The striker’s performance saw him sacked in the 64th minute and replaced by Edinson Cavani, with the former Barcelona star’s performance numbers being very poor.

Suárez finished the match with zero shots, zero chances created, just two touches in the opponent’s box, completed just seven passes with 50% accuracy, 18 total touches and won just one brace during the match.
It was a tough day in the office for Suárez and the 35-year-old will now look to bounce back against Portugal on Monday.
