Jurgen Klopp will now be forced to watch proceedings against Southampton from the sidelines after the FA won his appeal against the German manager.
The former Mainz had initially been fined following a red card received during a 1-0 win over Manchester City, as reported by Paul Joyce on Twitter.

The Merseysiders will face the Saints in the last game before the World Cup campaign begins in Qatar and will be hoping to follow up three wins over Napoli, Tottenham and Derby County with a fourth win in a row.

It’s a disappointing update given the circumstances at hand, with the 55-year-old reacting furiously to Mo Salah’s treatment during the encounter with Pep Guardiola’s men.
We absolutely appreciate that yelling at an official is never tolerated, although it is frustrating that the root cause of the problem, ultimately the poor quality of refereeing in the English top flight, is not being addressed.
Klopp has already admitted his reaction was poor, although many fans would feel much safer if the FA committed to improving the standard of refereeing in this country.
