Liverpool are one of many clubs said to be interested in signing Jude Bellingham, but there is no way every club can sign the midfielder, so Fabrizio Romano has suggested a possible alternative for him.
Speaking to CaughtOffisde, the Italian journalist said: “For anyone missing out on Bellingham, I think we can look at Youri Tielemans as a good alternative – he continues to show he is a top midfielder and looks ready to move as a free agent.”
There will no doubt be plenty of interest in the Leicester City man, especially after his impressive goal against Everton at Goodison Park, but many of our supporters will think this would be a huge step down in quality.

The Borussia Dortmund player seems destined to be a generational talent and many will hope that he can grace Anfield for many years to come, should we be the lucky ones to sign him.
However, in the case of the Belgian, who is now 25 and finishing his contract at the King Power Stadium, there may be a little less enthusiasm in suggesting that they both have a similar level of ability.
Time will tell and with the talk of potential new owners too, who’s to say we won’t end this next window, or one of the next, by signing both of them anyway?
