Max Allegri has reacted to Juventus’ shock victory against Inter Milan and believes his players now understand the requirements placed on them.
The Bianconeri were in poor form overall in the run up to that game and Inter were considered favorites after reaching the UCL round of 16.
However, Juve worked hard and made sure to get the job done with goals from Adrien Rabiot and Nicolo Fagioli securing a 2-0 victory against the Nerazzurri.
Juve have now won their last four Serie A games, a run that brings them closer to the top four in the league table.
After the game, the Juve coach said through Calciomercato:
“When there is a proactive attitude, it is easier to take the result home. The boys understand the moments now, I’m happy. We all have to recover, raise the level and at the same time the competitiveness of the squad. In the second half we had an extraordinary defensive phase”.
